“Once together it is obvious that this GHD is a beast. I am 6'3" tall and 340lbs. I used this for the first time and it didn't so much as flex under my weight. Impressive. I've seen MANY GHD's in my day, ZERO have the strength, stability and dynamic functionality of this unit and I include brands like Powerlift, Rogue, Elite FTS and Sorinex in that statement. At a significantly lower price I might add. The adjustments on it are very smooth and easy, it's an awesome unit. If I were to give any advice for one potential area of improvement, it would be for a larger foot plate. Overall this is a 5 star unit that would be at home in any hard core commercial gym. I'm sure i will have more Vulcan equipment in my gym in the future.”

“The GHD is an additional equipment purchased as I was used to my leg curl already to target my hamstrings. It's very sturdy though a bit bulky. I don't have any regrets having it.”

“The GHD took about 2 hours for me to assemble, the directions were good but could have been slightly more descriptive, it maybe took 10 min longer because of this. I had the thigh pads backward on one side. Overall it's a great piece of equipment, really well built, easy to adjust, and a great buy. Great value vs the Rogue equipment which was more expensive and didn't include the wheels”

“Disappointed. The hardware included is junk. It is soft metal in some strange metric sizes that bends easily. The bolts and nuts are different sizes. The bolts use a 16mm (good luck finding these) and the nuts use some other size that's not quite a 17mm but bigger than a 16mm. The hardware is painted black and comes in one of those presealed cardboard things that you get with cheap furniture. The only instructions are a single page schematic that requires a great deal of guessing and hoping you are doing it correctly. They include a cheap flat multi-tool thing that works find if your not worried about the thing falling apart while you use it. I suggest raising the price $20-$30 and including instructions and real hardware.”

“Ordered the Anvil GHD. Unit is super solid, well built and rock steady during use. Had a small issue with a part that was addressed quickly and without an issue with an email to customer service (thanks Mai!). Highly recommend this unit, great quality for the money as well!”
