Vulcan Glute Ham Developer/RaiseGHD Every feature that could be wanted in a GHD (Glute Hamstring Developer) has been incorporated into the Vulcan Glute Ham Developer. This piece can accommodate a 300-pound-plus athlete at 6'7" tall. The pads are very wide and offer a split pad design for comfort, as well as tilted pads for optimum muscle recruitment. The roller foot pads are upholstered in the same heavy-duty vinyl composite as the front pads, with heavy-duty steel washers and hex bolts securing them. The individually adjustable rollers provide a variety of working positions, unlike fixed-pad GHDs, ensuring smaller athletes and diverse movements are accommodated. The Vulcan Glute Ham Developer offers a wide range of exercises beyond just two movements, thanks to its adjustable design. Two wide diamond steel foot plates provide extra stability and easy mounting. Adjustable handles accommodate athletes of all sizes and can be removed to perform barbell or rotational exercises. This GHD also comes with wheels for easy mobility and storage, and sturdy band hooks for resistance work. “I could not be more impressed with this product. I'm a big guy (close to 300 #) and this thing doesn't even wiggle with me on it. I feel completely safe and comfortable on this piece of gear. Moreover, the pads are well made and firm but not uncomfortable. In short, it's one sweet TANK!”

“This is the most GHR you can get for the money. It was even more heavy duty than I expected, the pictures don't do it justice. Very sturdy, I've had some big and tall guys on it at my gym and it doesnt budge. The angled pad makes a huge difference in leverage over a non angled pad, and the pads themselves are larger than they appear in the photos. Very pleased. Assembly seemed a bit overwhelming at first, but once you get going it's not too bad. Assembled it myself in about an hour. Very happy with this GHR, will be back for a second when the time comes to add another to the gym.”

“It came in two boxes and parts. Tool a little while to put together, but it is super nice. My favorite I've been on. Very adjustable, pads are nice and firm and the frame is heavy duty. I love it”

“The only things that could make this better is a foot plate and support rollers as wide as the pad it self.As it is you can only use a narrow foot placement.But other than that a good solid piece for the price.”

“Spend enough time training, you know quality. I sold my previous GHD because I didn't feel comfortable on it. The basics on this: Pads - WIDE, thick, right firmness, comfortable. Frame - HEAVY, stout, balanced. Bolt together, but don't let that get in the way. It makes for cheaper shipping than welded frames. Nobody is heavy enough to affect the integrity. Go to your local Uhaul when you need a trailer hitch...it gets bolted to your frame - get it? Adjustability - easy, smooth. Pull pins integrated into screw locks. Can't speak for longevity; I've has this piece for two days, but they feel like commercial equip. Ankle foam rollers/foot plate - each roller is adjustable for custom setting. Foot plate is heavy/substantial. Customer service - great! Great communication. Fast shipping - freight company was accommodating. You will need to be present to sign for the equipment. Bottom line, if you are on the fence for a piece for your garage gym, this is an awesome piece.”
