Easy to assemble, works as advertised, I looked at the Rogue concept 2, since the Vulcan Skull had the about the same warranty, the choice was simple, BUT THE VULCAN SKULL!

I purchased the Vulcan Scull rowing machine a couple of weeks back. The process was pretty straightforward. I received the unit on February 7th through FedEx. The unit was packed well and was easy to unpack and set up. I have used the rower a couple of times now and I am impressed with the quality of the unit.

This rower is the shizz! We have wanted a rower for a long time to add to our Garage Gym and as everyone grabs the concept2 we decided to go with the Vulcan after using one at another gym and glad we did! This rower is solid, easy to set up and made high quality. Plus we saved $500 by buying it on Sal and that was an added bonus. If you want a rower The Vulcan rower is an excellent choice!

This rower is so close to being a competitor with the concept 2. Biggest flaw is that it does not allow you to just start rowing and view meters. You have to select a distance and then let it count down. Also does not do meters of 150/250 etc. you can only select 100/200/300 etc. The Calorie function is fine. It does seem to pull slightly quicker calories than a Concept 2. Overall it feels great and gets the job done. Seat is nice and everything seems well built. Really nice for a at home gym if you are trying to compete or do workouts where your time is what is important to you.

Hello! I purchased the skull rower and love it. Assembly is fairly simple for someone with moderate skill. If youre a beginner, you’ll need some patience. All the tools you need are included. Once assembled, the rower is beautiful and sufficiently beefy. We’ve used it daily for a week and havent found anything we hate. Some folks are blah about the computer, but it fits the bill for us (we watch tv while rowing anyway). Would recommend!

Great piece of equipment. I was looking to buy a Concept 2, because I use it at CrossFit, and there was a back order until May 2021. I needed a rower ASAP so I did my research and compared the Vulcan Skull with the Concept 2 and saw good reviews. Once I received it, I could tell it was a solid piece of equipment and it’s definitely compatible to the Concept 2. People who do Crossfit will see the difference with the screen display, the handle (shaped differently), the weight (heavier) and the height off the floor (Vulcan sits higher). You get use to the differences after the first use. I highly recommend this rower.

The rower structure is great but the monitor is very subpar. It is not intuitive and has an extremely limited feature set. I am not sure why the monitor is so bad but it is. I am mostly happy with this rower as we don't need it for much but had we known before purchasing that this monitor was this bad we would have reconsidered.
