Simply put, a very well built rower. Easy to put together. I am very happy I went with this one over the Concept 2. Vulcan: I know I will have this Scull for many years to come due to the quality of your products. But just incase individual parts need replacement can you please make those available for us to purchase in the future. Example: Seat, peddles, foot straps, handles, sprockets and such... I don't want to have to buy a new Scull if something small breaks or wears down. Other than that, 10/10 on this piece of equipment!

This rower is great, very smooth and easy to assemble. Had a small hiccup when it came to the handle but Vulcan was able to not only send a replacement for free but did it in a very swift manner. Those that are on the edge between this and the concept 2 should pull the trigger, it is definitely a world class rower

Very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent product! I bought it when the Concept 2 was sold out, considered waiting for the C2 but went for the Scull instead and so glad I did. When comparing, they have a similar feel, the skull is heavier and feels more stable and the seat is more comfortable for long rows. The display takes some getting used to but it's not terrible, and great instructions for putting it together. I'm a crossfitter and conditioned to the C2 but I am super happy with my purchase of the scull and recommend it to anyone.

Excellent product. I was on the fence between the C2 and the Scull since i always use the C2 at the gym. Went with the Scull due to vulcan's reputation of high quality products and the price was half of what the C2 is. Zero complaints. Half the price of C2 but arguably better quality. Assembly is a brezze with excellent i structions. The Scull is slightly heavier (but so am I). The display is better. The seat is slightly cushioned which is a big plus. Very smooth and sturdy. Feet sit sligtly wider than C2 which i found as a plus, as well. The black coloring and detailing look awesome (usually cost extra on C2). The pull and resistance feel almost identical to C2. If you are are still on the fence, just commit to the scull. You will not be dissappointed.

The concept 2 may be the standard but daggum this Vulcan rower is amazing. I love how solid it feels - typical Vulcan. It’s significantly more stout than the C2 and I love it. I’m confident the cell phone holder will be the first and very likely only thing to break! (It’s a cool feature but I’m not too concerned about having it). I love this thing. It’s smooth and solid. I haven’t done a long row yet but I’m confident it’ll be just fine. Great product - I’d recommend it to everyone.

I could not be happier with The Skull Rower. I wish I had ordered it sooner. Solid, comfortable, user friendly, assembly by myself took less than 30 minutes. It’s a great addition to any gym. Thanks Vulcan!

I was considering purchasing a Concept2 rower, but when I saw that Vulcan was offering a rower at a lower price and that seemed to be comparable, I decided take a chance. I received the rower about 1 week after ordering and it only took ~20 - 30 minutes to assemble. After using it for about 1 week I have no complaints. The rower is well-built and the seat is more comfortable than the Concept2. Also, I prefer the display of the Vulcan Scull Rower.

Received our Vulcan scull rower just in time for Christmas, assembly was easy (less than 20 minutes). We are a CrossFit family and enjoy rowing. The scull rower is great, damper settings/resistance is perfect! Great piece of equipment, durable and design is very comparable to Concept 2 rower.
