“Poor service had to cancel as my got told a family
Member had been told she wasn’t going make it so I Went to visit her , they took £80 off my refund which is more than a panel itself, it’s been a week and still no refund”
“Tiles are nice some broken so need to contact the company asap as my tiles get fitted on Tues next week. Good price for tiles but spoiled by a £70 delivery !!!!”
“Still haven't received the order. Received a message from the DPD yesterday saying I wasn't at home when we have decorators at home waiting for these tiles. Noone came to my door. I have CCTV to prove this. I then get a message from DPD saying it will be delivered to a store close by and I will have to wait for a parcel number to collect it. Still waiting for a parcel number and still no tiles.
Asking for a review when your DPD driver Karamvir Singh was supposed to deliver this yesterday to my house. I would like to know when I will receive this?”
“You have asked for a review ,but I have not received the item yet ,The delivery date is for tomorrow, so maybe in future wait for a review after items have been delivered. so unable to comment as swaying ddelivery.”
