“Tiles looks great but experience with courier was terrible. The driver dropped the pallets in the road and just left. It was obvious some of them had smashed but he wouldn't wait to see how many needed to be replaced or even help remove the pallet. Walls and Floors have apologised and the tiles will be replaced. Nice tiles. Shame about the terrible couriers!”
“Each panel has a waved edge, and no way to fit flush to wall. Otherwise as expected. Good quality. Unfortunately my order was dispatched mid-matched to the order I created with only 2 out of 8 of the original panels I ordered.”
“The Tile sample took too long to arrive, and held us up with getting everything we needed ordered for a bathroom renovation. On arrival, the colour was dull and not like it looked on the webiste.”

The aliminium champagne end caps i ordered to finish of the edging to the panels.. No instructions what so ever how to install or fix in place..
Please add a video tutorial to your site or instructions within order this would be so helpfull
So the instalation was a guess job!

Packaging was good but could be better to state where to cut when opening as the panels were only film wrapped..
I felt the delivery charge was steep..
However update on delivery schedule was informative and prompt and quick
On the upside they look beautiful up.”
“As the item wasn’t delivered on the promised date despite being told it was out for delivery I was forced to cancel as I had to go away before the next delivery date they offered. Unbelievabley I received the email to review the product after cancelling the order , but rubbing even more salt into the wound the email says leave a review for your chance to win an iPad , yet it is now 8th August and the review had to be in by 30th June to be entered into the draw! What a shambles!”
“The reason for my one star review is because it was not delivered despite them assuring me that it would be on the specified date and I received no notification to the contrary and waited in for the entire 14 hours! I was then forced to cancel the order because as I had to go away before the next delivery date offered. But the fact that I received this email to leave a review after cancelling the order is frankly unbelievable and makes me feel that one star is too generous!”
