Hi Angela,
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your sample.
The light oak panels are known for their very light oak colouring, which can be seen as more white/pearl grey to some.
This is why we encourage customers to order samples, to ensure the product is right for you!
Our Oak or Smoked Oak panels may be more fitting for you!
Kind regards,
Walls and Floors.
“Unfortunately the tiles arrived with the majority chipped. I still love the pattern so I’m hoping they can be replaced FOC. However, the packers should use extra wrapping materials to ensure the tiles arrive intact this time!”
“Good Afternoon
I have taken delivery of the tiles I ordered from you this afternoon to enable my tiler to
complete the work in my kitchen. Sadly, when I opened the box I have discovered that 8 separate tiles are broken and damaged and cannot be used. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience as he is now unable to complete the job and I will forced to purchase tiles elsewhere as an alternative to enable him to do this. As you can imagine I am now left in a situation that I didn’t expect to be left in out of pocket and needing to purchase alternative tiles elsewhere at additional expense to me.
Can you please advise me ASAP how you intend to remedy this situation and what compensation/refund you can offer me. I have attached numerous photographs which show the damaged tiles for your attention and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Kindest Regards
Sonia Gutierrez”
“The product overall is a good and easy to fit product.
I had 2 panels delivered damaged I reported 1 panel damaged by email on your own email address. I have not heard anything about a refund or replacement as to date”
Hi Samuel,
Thank you for your review.
Tiles can appear differently online due to lighting and other factors. We do have samples available for this reason, as it can be expensive to arrange returns if you are not happy with the item.
Kind regards,
Walls and Floors.
“Firstly this panel is absolutely stunning visually in respect of the pattern. We used two panels at right angles in a quadrant shower cubicle. You can achieve different looks by rotating the panels so the top of one panel is next to the bottom of the adjacent one and we achieved a natural look by doing this.
However, the surface of the panels is not completely flat, there is a very slight ripple effect across the whole surface which is a little disappointing. The photo in my review is of a reflection of the wall light on the adjacent wall to the panel, where you can see the reflection has ripple lines through it. We decided to have them installed anyway as it is slight and maybe this is what you have with the cheaper end of the panel market. I had seen an outstanding panel in a bathroom showroom but it was £650 for one panel! I think the panels we have purchased are sturdy and as I say we love the pattern. If they were completely smooth they would be unbeatable in terms of price and quality.”
