“Not yet received - should have been delivered yesterday but received message there has been an issue with delivery (from delivery company) and wait 48 hours for update!!!! Not a good start!”
“I’m sure these would be fine if they didn’t need cutting but I was going to use them for inside the shelving of a media wall so they needed cutting. this caused a problem as the sawdust settled in the white felt backing and made them look dirty around the edges so couldn’t use them. I contacted the company who say they won’t refund for the one we cut and want to charge me £45 to arrange for a courier to collect the boards !!”
“Would love to review this product, paid in full and waited for next day delivery only to be told the delivery has been cancelled, and not a word from anyone when it actually will be delivered.
Frustrating and annoying especially when trying to complete a renovation with tradesman waiting to fit said product.”
“As always delivery on time but driver left them on my drive way I have 1 inch step down to my carport and In asked him if he would back in and pull cart and he refused no other driver has had issue from any company so tiles are exactly as he left them in packed unchecked as you sent them. I am 80 yrs old and on the drive if I open and check may or have the puff to lift each box It’s does cause stress but if driver was even pleasant it may help. I have covered them up and my neighbour puts his car in front of them at night. I am sure the tiles will be ok but 24 hr checking not done. No problem at all with phone calls or patience of staff when you ring and your service ok. I know hall will look lovely when I get it done. Thanks”

The tiles are high-quality, look great, and were easy to lay. The free sample scheme was also a helpful touch.
The Cons:
Inconsistent Pricing: The website deals changed daily (e.g., 20% off appearing the day after purchase), which is incredibly frustrating.
Communication Breakdown: I received no phone call on delivery day, only a mid-afternoon email stating 15 tiles were broken and unavailable. That delivery never arrived, not even without the broken tiles! This was after I had a phone call a day or so before saying they were missing 1 tile!
Costly Delays: Delivery arrived a week late, forcing me to pay contractors for their wasted time and "inconvenience" fees.
Damaged Goods: When the order finally arrived, another entire pack of a different style was broken.
Verdict: I love the tiles, but the logistical nightmare and lack of basic customer service make it hard to recommend this company. Proceed with caution.”
