“Looks nothing like the pictures from the sample we received. Sample are so small and when you look at the pictures it could be any small piece from the several different colours... but it's not.”
“I ordered a sample of this product. This was due to be delivered by Amazon Shipping UK. Although I received an email stating it had been delivered it had not. We had CCTV security footage to proove it. 2 hours later I received an email stating there was a problem with the delivery and I should contact "Walls and Floors" Really poor!”

“Panels are lovely for the money and fittings, but this was the first time I used this company and I was one panel short because they damaged it with the forklift loading it apparently but didn’t give me another panel. Some panels have an odd bright green residue... Scrapes off... But oddly unnecessary extra effort.
Inconsistent offset between felt edge and slat start.
It was not clearly stated that the items were out of stock at the point of purchase, walls and floors pocketed the cash and waited nearly 4 weeks before delivery... Absolute joke!
Increased discounts became available while I was waiting for delivery... Could have been offered the extra 5% discount as a sorry for the wait.”
