“Ordered 24 m2 of another tile. Received an email to say they didn't have enough (Why did it let me order them then?) and offered alternatives. I picked one and emailed to confirm I needed the same sq mtrs. They arrived and tiler was informed. When he came to start the job said there weren't enough. They had sent 14 m2 and not the 24 m2 as per the original order. Got onto the company and after some discussion they accepted it was their fault and would send out the remainder to make up the original amount. Duly arrived yesterday and tiler had already started, however they are different batches and different shades (although not by much). Unsure if they only have ends of batches or the back-office quality checks don't include batch numbers but very poor and very disappointing. Will be contacting them again tomorrow”

Kind Reagrds, Customer Service
Hi There,
Thank you for your review.
I can see that we have been made aware of this, and these panels have been replaced for you.

“Received sample of the wood panelling, and definitely not what I expected. Decent thick felt backing, however the wood 'panelling' is just a very thin strip of wood finish on to of another piece of felt for the thickness... at least, that's what the sample was. I expected proper stripes of wood, not wood faced felt.
Will look elsewhere.”
Hi Marc,
Thank you for your review.
The sample you ordered was for our Trepanel LITE, which is thinner as they are designed to be more flexible, they are 10mm thick.
I would advise our standard Trepanels, which are 20mm thick.
Kind regards,
Walls and Floors.
“Do not buy these tiles unless you are looking for white tiles with a hint of blue/grey. I only found out how horrible they are after coming home on installation day, on 3 walls of my bathroom. I contacted customer service who asked for photos, then asked for videos showing sufficient footage, then said footage too long to save..I have repeatedly sent images that everyone can see the problem but Walls and Floors. It’s especially noticeable against white radiator and ceramic suite. They’re choosing not to see it. Their customer service is appalling on this issue. To say ‘we will get back to you with no time frame is also unhelpful. Now, when I’ve argued about the number of times I’ve sent evidence, and how obvious it is, I’m getting fobbed off with ‘you had 24 hours after receipt to check the order’ despite me telling them that it was not until installation that the ugly blue/grey hue was visible this is the response.
These tiles should come with a warning about the colour.”
“After placing an order for floor tiles the delivery arrived the very next day. Upon delivery the tiles look absolutely nothing like the images in the picture I fully get there could be a slight variation but the colour and style are nothing like. After emailing I was told that the tiles were the correct ones.Don’t make the same mistake I did go to a shop and see your tiles in person before ordering. I’ve attached photos the first is the website pic and the seccond is the tiles they sent.”
“These are sold alongside the ebony matt black with the image of a chequerboard floor - indicating that the two tiles from the same range and should be compatible for laying as a typical chequerboard or harlequin floor. They are also sold and described as being identical in size to each other. So, how misleading and disappointing it was to have them delivered safely on a pallet, only to discover the white tiles were significantly bigger in size than the black. The tiles are not rectified but this should not matter and the difference should not be noticeable in tiles claiming to be from the same line and being marketed in this way as part as a chequerboard set. The difference is not a matter of a milimetre or two either, but is quite clearly visible to the naked eye immediately with the tiles side by side. If I have been sent two different batches then it's impossible for me to tell this from the packaging which is paper thin and shows they are simply cheap imports with a completely different brand name to that on the website. It's also even more impossible to spot a problem is sizes like this before a delivery driver departs. But then why should I have to? why would a reputable tile retailer like Walls and Floors send a paying customer two different batches in the same order. As an online customer I should not have to take problems like that on myself either.”
