“Awful. I got 2 samples that I didn't order along with a small piece of the one I wanted to purchase. I can't tell if it will work on my project as too small to see the colour.”
“Very good quality tiles, but terrible service. The tiles were supposed to be delivered the next day, but they arrived after 5 days, all broken. The next delivery was 2 days later and everything was fine. Unfortunately, my work week was stopped and no one paid for it. If you want to order, do it well in advance, but the product is of very good quality.”
“I wouldn’t know as I didn’t receive them on the day I selected delivery for. Walls and floors were quick to ship but the courier has been deceptive and said they attempted delivery yesterday but they actually hadn’t. This has meant I can’t receive the delivery as I’m now away and awaiting Walls and floors to respond with cancellation and refund inc delivery. Very disappointing.”
“i saw these trepanel on their website at a price of £49.00 per panel so i asked for a sample , when i saw the sample was of decent quality i went to place an order for 4 panels but the price had risen to £99.00
per panel , so i complained and they took the price down to £79 per panel and after i ordered and received these panels having not ordered enough i then ordered and received these, 2 more panels at £79 per panel . the price on their website dropped to £59 per panel , This is not fair at all . so i am not happy with them playing with pricing like that.”
