“brilliant in terms of ease of ordering and delivery time but every tile was broken inside the box and i think this could have been avoided with better packaging and i think delivery partner the box must have been thrown around.”
“I would write a review of the tiles had the tiles arrived. I short ordered in my original delivery, and I was just missing 4. I ordered them on the Friday, tiler was back Tuesday, so no problem, as delivery is typically good. It turned out that a small delivery would come with Amazon, so instead of £29 delivery charge it would be £11. What I wasn’t told is that it would mean a delay. It’s now Wednesday. My tiles have sat in St Helens depot for 24 hours. They arrived in Carlisle this morning and have still not left there. After today my tiler can’t get here for 3 weeks and I’m away at the end of this week. I would have rather paid the extra delivery charge and received the tiles when I needed them. Those kinds of decisions should not be made without your customers’ input. Very disappointing.”
“Tried to place an order using Walls and Floors discount code SPRING15 for Tiles & Slabs sent from them by email on 17/05/26 which had an expiry date of midnight on 17/05/26 to find it did not work for the advertised products .
Contacted customer services and was advised by Maryam that the code they had sent the day prior was not valid and had expired weeks prior.
They would also not honour the discount.
Beware of false and misleading advertising from this company.”

“I ordered a sample to see if the shade of pink would match our colour scheme. I was sent a tiny portion of white tile with just a few black lines on, no pink whatsoever! This sample was absolutely no help. I therefore won’t be ordering these tiles”
“I didn’t agree to emails from them, I’m getting load so them even after I unsubscribed. They also phoned me out of the blue and knew my name. I didn’t even leave a phone number. Dodgy. Buying elsewhere.”
