“Really really poor after sales by this company..
Avoid them like the plague!!!
On receiving the tiles firm them, advertised at 300x100mm the tiles were actually 300x95mm.. miss sold!
Having sent an email to ask what was possible in terms of help, I received an email straying ‘we’ve measured our tiles, and they’re coming out on average 98mm’ - I also sent at their request, a photo evidencing the actual length of the tiles I received with a tape measure detailing measurement.. their response; ‘we can see there’s a gap between your take and the edge of the tile, so the measurement isn’t accurate’ - why on earth would I do that one asks.. I just want to tile my bathroom, I’m not a professional complainer!
NB. Tiles that measure on average 98mm are not 100mm.. or am I missing something?!?

“Amazon lied about not delivering tile . They said delivery attempted which is a lie I was in my front garden at time . They then said couldn’t find address . Another lie any satnav or map app brings you straight to my front gate . Then I gets an email saying delivery won’t be attempted till tomorrow due to circumstances outwith amazons control .
Major company worldwide . Can’t deliver a single sample tile and lied 3 times I’d say”
“I’d like to be able to leave a good review but I still haven’t had my tiles I spend £950 on the 18 th September it’s the 17 th today and still no tiles. :(
Maybe Monday will be my lucky day.”
“IT would have been really nice to have received the tiles before receiving the review!. Received an email from Amazon saying order had been cancelled - not by me a d when I rang Walls & Floors the nice lady said to wait a couple more days. I am completely flummoxed- can't review something that I haven't got.”

“The tiles themselves are very stylish and great value. The only thing was when I opened one of the boxes, three of the tiles were broken and unusable. As I was not at home on delivery day and didn't open them until yesterday, it was too late to put in a claim. However, I think as you recommended extra for wastage I should get by.”
