Ordered and paid for x3 to make a replacement in bathroom. £9.99 transport, delivered only x1 and three days later, tile messed up on face with some adhesive. Requesting for a refund. Never again.

Nice panels. Get a sample! The black in between the green is very black and pronounced! Good quality panels - I wish I had looked at a sample first - plus check out the shipping costs and the process to return - which we didn’t ! To return the boxes - must be unopened and unused and original packing bla blah blah - plus the worst thing of all - you have to organise your own courier - which is near impossible for this size panels ! We had ridiculous quotes to return so we now trying to sell elsewhere. To receive the panels in first place it was 40 shipping charge on top of the cost of the panels but you can’t use same courier to return the items. I contacted customer service regarding the help for returning and they directed me to the terms and condition and sale on their website. Who reads that before making a purchase ! Summary: nice panels, absolutely get a sample, only order if you definitely need due to shippings costs and no return function from company

Never recieved my order when it was due so cancelled it got phone call on the day I was meant to get saying what time would u like ur order I said after 3 so rushed home from work waited all Friday night nothing not even a message telling I wasn't getting it shocking

These don't look like the pictures. The picture gives the impression of a soft beige edge. But they are just grey. I felt they seemed too plastic looking. I have returned them. The company were not helpful with the return. I had to arrange collection myself at huge expense.

This review follows a third order from Walls and Floors with a very unsatisfactory experience after the first order. I had no choice but to proceed with them in order to get a shortfall of matching items but it cost me dearly. They charged me a hefty delivery fee for the second order i’m with the Courier said there was no one at home (not accepted!) they charged me for the return of the item to them! They simply deducted it from my “refund’ and I then had to order again and pay another delivery fee. I had expressed concern and doubts regarding the Courier, but it fell completely on deaf ears and they weren’t interested. I would never do business with them again.

I am very disappointed as I received a mixture of grey tiles, 50% were in boxes (one batch)( and 50% were completely different tiles which were loose tiles, filthy dirty covered in cling film and bubble wrap, a different colour of grey and different size. Fortunately my tiler managed to put the two different set of tiles in different parts of the kitchen so that it is not so noticeable that the tiles don't match. Very disappointing and customer services were very unhelpful. I paid full price for these tiles so very very disappointing!
