“My delivery never arrived, and I was frustrated to find that the cancellation was only communicated to me after I called to follow up for the second time.
While I appreciate that weather conditions are out of your control, the lack of proactive communication is the real issue. I spent a whole day waiting, only to be told by an assistant—quite unpleasantly—that delivery isn't guaranteed.
Telling a customer their delivery might never show up after they've already waited all day is poor practice. It affected our business and we weren't able to complete the project on time.

“I’m well dissapointed with what I’ve received. Tile has no peach colour in it at all. NOT at all looks anything like the decorated bathroom on website. It’s fully demonstrated with tiles from floor to ceiling plus every wall. Picture shows glow & shine however for reality the tile is well dull & too dry matte. The tiny sample piece was a rediculous price too,”
“Ordered 8 x beige panels and received 8 x carbon. Assistant via email tried to convince me that it’s the correct shade, on top tried to charge me a fee for a collection. After calling and speaking to someone I was able to get the incorrect ones collected and another 8 x delivered. Before the couriers removed the panels from the lorry I asked them to check the colour, and no surprise the colour was incorrect again! This time silver, they offered a third attempt but a rejected and got my full refund. There are incorrect labels on the items from where they are coming from, either it’s a bad batch or they don’t offer the colour and make money of charging people for returns, was very disappointed and messed my builders about, when you spend over £600 you expect better”
“They were not delivered on the delivery date which is poor considering the £30 delivery charge. Still waiting for product so unable to review the tiles at this stage.”
