“They were not delivered on the delivery date which is poor considering the £30 delivery charge. Still waiting for product so unable to review the tiles at this stage.”

“We were notified that it would be delivered on 19 December with no specific time slot. We paid £35 extra to the delivery company to book a specific time slot of 18:00 to 20:00 on the 19 December. It wasn’t delivered!! We had a Tradesman booked to do the work that the product was for on 20 December & had to cancel him. It is now 24 December and the order still hasn’t arrived. Appalling service!”

“The delivered batch had massive quality issues. Ordered almost 30sqm and every box had a mix of Tiles ranging from 604, 605 and 606 which could not have been discovered before laying them for at least 1-2 rows to discover the lines are not aligning. We thought it was just 1-2 odd ones but all boxes had same issue - varying dimensions by at least 2cm. These could simply not be laid as 2cm is a lot of variance between one tile and other. Requested a full refund and awaiting the same. Project delayed by wasted day of tiling. Such a shame as we chose these after a lot of thought and loved the colour and look. Maybe it's just our batch but hoping that the Quality checks are tightened as we really liked the tile otherwise.”
