“The lights are great but there was no markings to tell you where you can cut the lights in the video on the website it says there is cut lines at the back of the lights indicating where to cut but there wasn’t also the sticky tape on the back which sticks the lights to the panels wasn’t on straight and it’s very hard to take the top layer off to be able to stick the lights into the panels.
Over all pleased with the lights but these issues need sorting.”
“Quick delivery but goods were not white more of a cream colour aa shown in photo against our white cladding panel.
Cost of return make it prohibitive and you cant return them locally.
Also the flute curves are the small design which isnt evident in the photos when purchasing online see photo”

Apparently, the delivery company couldn’t find me. I’ve never had an issue before, so very confused. The first attempt, was to an address, I did not recognise. In the photo they took, my address and postcode was clearly shown on the package. Do they not have satnav or google maps?”
“A little disappointed to be honest, having used the white casing LED strips before I expected the Black casings to be a little dimmer obviously but they really are much dimmer and can only be described as decorative lighting at best with not much real useability unlike the white brighter lights. Also to note these strips do not stick to the fabric Acoustic panels very well at all, I'm guessing the fabric back panel does not really make for a good base to stick to which considering this is the whole purpose of these lights is not great. Overall I'm quite disappointed with these black casing LED strip lighting, I have just received a second set of 4 Black casing strips for the project I am working on but will not use these again in future projects, the White strips are far superior but obviously do not blend in the Acoustic panels as well.”
