“So delivery two days later than suggested which meant I had to purchase tiles from a shop owing to the time constraints of the bathroom job. The delivery arrived at 9pm on the second day after the suggested delivery date given. I have been advised I will need to pay for a further return despite the fact that the items were delivered too late for use. The only reason I ordered from this company was because of the delivery next day. DON'T use this company if you need your items on the day you are given for delivery. The items may as did with me and other reviewers on this website arrive too late. The company should not be advertising next day delivery if this is not happening. Amazon delivery should not be allowed to say they will deliver next day then not follow through. Really disappointed in the service. Haven't actually opened the box with the tiles so can't comment on them as don't now need them.”

“Ordered 225 tiles arrived quickly and safely. On opening one box the tiles inside were not white.
Sent an email with pictures, Called customer services and spoke to a nice lady who arranged for the collection.
However, I was told they would need to look into what happened & it would take a couple of days, after they receive the tiles back and they've been checked then I will receive a refund.
This means my whole project has been put on hold & in the meantime we're without a bathroom having had everything removed ready for the tiles to up & toilet etc too be replaced within 24 hrs. Now it means I have to look around to find another company to re-order from because I can't wait 2 days for their enquiries then another 2+ days before I receive the replacements or the collection has taken place.
I would have appreciated it if they could have checked if they had the stock & made arrangements for a fast delivery of what I ordered before waiting to receive theirs back & making their enquiries.
I'll be making sure I take pics of the retuned items before they leave my house.
If you order anything from this company don't wait to check your delivery, check it as they take it off the lorry before the delivery driver leaves. That way if it's wrong you can send straight back same day, you also may have the chance to get another delivery sorted quicker.”

“The panels are quite good for the price but they don't click into geather very tightly I have had issues with several boards, but there customer service is excellent”
