“only sent samples so not decided as yet - as usual Trustpilot in like a flash before anyone can evaluate products. That is why i do not think a lot of the reviews are any use. Only look at ones that are detailed not turned up onsime etc. Finding authentic reviews is difficult when buyers are asked within hours on products so they never get the chance to use them before giving a review ..”

“Read the T&Cs... they dont support returns, meaning of the order is not to your liking you have to fit the return costs. i bought £180 of tiles, paid £30 delivery and then was told its £90 to return them!”
“Haven't used them yet but seem good quality. However the first order of these went missing/returned to sender, I assume due to them coming out of the packaging during transit so got in touch with W&F who kindly re-sent them. They then arrived out of the packaging with the damaged packaging alongside. The trims had burst their way through the end and the tube container bent and ripped open in places. I don't think this caused any damage but I'm sure the tiler will advise in due course. Better packaging needed but overall good service and good quality product.”
