But delivery people are rude
They put the panels in the street in front of my door and left them there , although I made it clear in my request to deliver them into my house.”

The drivers cannot always enter your property, if they feel they are not able to do so, they will leave the goods kerbside.

“We purchase the 4 strip WiFi wall panels - to our disappointment as soon as we installed the panels was as soon as they started to peel away from the wall, the make matters worse the remote controller did not work. On reporting this to customer service we were even more disappointed to learn that they are aware of the issue with a faulty batch and a number of customers have already complained. We thought the reasonable thing to have offered is a replacement set from a good batch, instead we were sent glue and another remote controller - that does not work! I love the idea of the product and hope that Walls & Floors will dispatch replace the faulty products so we can enjoy this beautiful product like many others have. We will await their contact and delivery or refund - my preference would be the product to enjoy.”

“Sample tile came broken to pieces. Then the offer price that was on the website disappeared without any information on the website when the offer ends. When spoke with CS, they said they "will see what they can do" but will not honour the offer price. Will be ordering from my local tile business instead”

“If I had them then a review I would leave. Sadly I haven’t received my tiles and this is the second attempt.
You should sack your courier as they are woeful and let you down.
I have lost money as I cannot complete my holiday let in time and while your lady on the phone has been polite she has stated that there is no more she can do.
The courier lost the first order (really!) and the second is supposedly due to be delivered Tuesday/Wednesday. I want hold my breath as it sounds a complete shambles.
I cannot believe that you rely on such a poor service from your chosen courier.

“This looks nice when installed but is very easily marked and has a white base so scratches show white. My delivery was riddled with damaged boards, even the second delivery which was to replace damaged boards in the first. Fortunately, customer service (Lucy) was outstanding in sorting replacements quickly in time for me to finish the job on schedule. Without Lucy looking after me, I’d be scoring minimal stars for the experience with Walls and Floors.”
