“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, The Tiles I ordered looked nothing like what was shown on the site. I was then instructed by customer services (Ciara Banks) who was particularly rude saying it was my fault that I hadn't ordered a sample and therefore I had to Pay the £52.38 to have the tiles costing £92 picked up. I wish I could upload a photo of the tile I received to show how completely different it is to that advertised and i've had to pay all of this money to send them back. I never usually write reviews but on being asked by an automated email I felt I had to warn others, please don't waste your time or money.”
“The tiles look great, but the information provided about them on your website is inaccurate. The tiles are 8mm thick not 5mm as stated, which is what we needed due to a tight fit with our shower door.”

Sorry if you have received a sample order in error. I can see the tiles mentioned were ordered but If you can let the customer service team know your postcode they should be able to look into this and work out what address it should have gone to.
