Our WaterGuru sense S1 stopped working and Aly Fullona had great customer service on replacing my WaterGuru. With the great customer service by Aly Fullona my pool is ready for the summer. Thank you Aly Fullona!

I have had a water guru 1 for several years. This year I developed an issue with it. I contacted the team at water guru and they were able to resolve my problem. They were patient and responsive.

I had the original S1 that it couldn’t continue testing. Once I received the S2 it started testing and providing results perfectly. Setting the puck type, pool size and acid play an important role to ensure accurate measurements. With the assistance of the support team, once this was entered in, the test results matched the sample I took to our local pool supply company.

My sense S1 worked amazing for a couple of years but stop picking up my network connection for some reason. I contacted customer support via email, their response was quick, polite, and helpful. I received my S2 promptly and very happy with the customer care and product.

I have been using the WaterGuru Sense S1 for a couple of years and I love it! We were having some trouble with recently so I contacted customer service. CS was so helpful and sent us the S2 as a replacement. I did not realize how much I relied on the guru to help guide me with treating the pool with chemicals. It is a game changer. No more guessing or wasting chemicals.
