“After a couple of years of use, my Sense 1 unfortunately stopped working. WaterGuru's customer service was prompt and responsive trying to pin point the problem, however after a few email exchances it became clear that the Sense 1 had died. To my -pleasant- surprise, the remedy offered by Waterguru was a no-cost replacement with a Sense 2. This unit was received about a week later and is running a like a chime. What better customer service could one ask for? Perfect, and a big thank you!”
