“Got my first Water Guru Sense 2 about a year and a half ago because I was tired of paying someone to manage my pool. I figured the cost of the Water Guru would pay for itself with just 2 months of saved pool service. To my surprise it has worked great and flawlessly for over 18 months! I even had my water tested a few times and completely surprised it was almost spot on every time. This device allows me to manage the balance of the pool water daily! Better than weekly service! At around the 18 month range, I lost connectivity and could not get the water data on my app. I simply called Customer Service, who helped me troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. They determined something was wrong and that same day dropped a replacement in FedEx at NO COST TO ME! The replacement unit worked flawlessly out of the box and they even provided a paid return for the old unit. This is what world class products and service should do!”

“It was easy to resolve my defective unit. I called them and spoke to a very friendly and helpful support and they quickly sent out a replacement. It came in couple of days and I quickly installed it and it's working well.”

“I'm on my 5th Guru since purchasing the first one a few years ago. The only good thing about that is that all were free replacements. One only lasted a month. They work great when they are working, but something always goes wrong and then I need a replacement. Warranty service dept. People are very helpful.”

“My Sense S2 started draining the batteries and after replacing the batteries that would drain after a week, I contacted customer service. They identified this as a known problem and order a replacement along with a multi pack of cassettes. I really like Water Guru to help me monitor my pool status. The results are pretty close to what a manual reading gets. Thank you for such a great product that your company stands behind.”
