Water Guru was installed on 3/13 and it worked fine upon installation. It showed that it was sensing the pump cycle for 36 hours and it successfully took readings the next two nights. Since then, it has not registered readings for chlorine or ph although it is registering temperature and indicating flow is normal. I checked to make sure the sensor was in the water and facing the flow in the strainer. Yes on both counts. It shows a 22 day of supply on the cassette and battery is at 97%. I tried to do a manual test twice on different days, having my phone with the app nearby so it could register using Bluetooth. Both times it indicated the Bluetooth connection was successful. However, after an hour or so each time it never registed any new readings.

When my water guru malfunctioned, I was provided a free replacement and received it in about 5 days. The company is responsive and I love the chat option. The water guru helps me take care of my pool seamlessly.

We did not realize how much we rely on our Sense S2 monitor until our unit went down. It was replaced quickly under warranty we are now happily getting daily reports on our pool health. Must have for pool owners.

My life is much easier with the Sense S2. I’ve come to rely on it and have been quite happy with the results. I had a problem with it where the batteries were draining in a month. I called Support and they had a replacement in the mail the next day. That along with my never having to test the water makes this product such a valuable tool for me. If the product died a day after the warranty ended, I would immediately buy it again.
