I like the system. It's nice not having a device floating around the hot tub. Easy to set up. I gave a 4-star because you need cassettes to make it work. The combo pack has been out of stock for quite some time. The site does not allow you to add more than one cassette to your basket. The system relies on the cassettes and the company seems to make it hard for you to buy them.

Good, but cassettes are too expensive!

This SMART SENSOR is incredibly convenient allowing me to receive precise pool water testing results straight to my phone. I’m able to see in the palm of my hand what I need to make my pool water crystal clear and chemically balanced without having to drive to the pool store. This product keeps my pool safe to swim in and it’s easy to use. I’d recommend to any pool owner.

Switch to this from the Sutro device. Sutro had become less and less accurate and failed in customer service with no new innovations. So far water guru has outperformed sutro.

This is a very good measure with a good support system. Tiny suggestion is to have the cartridges in stock.

We used it for a month and are in the process of sending it back. Very disappointing that it didn't work for us, I know others it has.

Just like anything else, this is a great tool but can't be your only option. pH consistently reads low compared to pool shop test kit and free chlorine consistently reads high. But once you compensate for this in your head, it's a good tool for a daily reading. It would be nice if the unit could adjust itself when your record pool shop readings.
