Great customer service. Unit works as it should except but like the previous unit it replaced, the C5 cassettes continue to report higher ph level than it really is. Reported ph 8.4 yesterday, 7.7 today. Removed the C5 cassette and replaced it with a C2 and now ph reads 7.4 which agrees with a test strip and a water test with the Pinch a Penny Pool and Patio store in town. I'll miss the additional tests the C5 cassettes do but I'd rather have the more accurate test result for ph anf FC I get with the C2 cassette. And they last TWICE as long as a C5 cassette.

I have been using the Sense product for 4 years and, overall, I’ve found it to be accurate—on par with any other company I’ve tried. The first model of Sense only tested for pH and FC, but the latest model also tests for CYA, TA, and CH, which is very convenient. What I truly appreciate about this company is their excellent customer service and the way they stand behind their product. Over the four years of use, I’ve had to replace the unit three times, and each time, the company quickly addressed the issue. They conducted a test on their end, identified the malfunction, and immediately sent a replacement. Most recently, instead of replacing my old model, they sent me the newest version, and I absolutely love it. I no longer need to run separate tests for calcium hardness, total alkalinity, or stabilizer—the unit handles all of that. I have a saltwater pool, and the unit works perfectly with it. The skimmer is located about 30 feet from my house, and I have no trouble connecting it to the internet

As a measurement device for my pool chemical content it works really well, delivers accurate results on a daily basis. Much better than a pool service which may deliver a result (and a rebalance) once a week. I have been a user of SENSE for the last 3 or so years, starting with the S1 product and graduating to the S2 product. The only drawback with SENSE is that they do not seem to last a years service before a major fault occurs. On the upside, the team at Waterguru have been very forthcoming on debugging faults, and then providing a replacement. So from a customer service perspective they support their product 100%.

This worst part of the sense 2 is that the more you test manually the shorter the lifecycle. The app should allow you to shut off the automatic test feature and test on your own time manually. I plan on keeping the unit but would encourage your to add this functionality is your next version of the app.

After being a Water Guru Sense user for 2years, I finally got an second one for my hot tub. Absolutely love just using the app instead of the strips. The convenience is the greatest feature since I can easily check the S2 at night and have the water where I want it chemically for my morning soak. No more guessing what that color might mean! Due to the way the S2 sits in the hot tob, I felt like it was a little low with water splashing over the unit. I needed to make it just a bit higher out of the water. I was going to find a pool noodle, cut it up and glue it to the existing float ring but I decided to email the customer support to ask for ideas. They sent me an extra float ring free of charge! Now it sits perfectly in the water. Highly endorse the product and the people behind it!
