Had an issue with the Sense 2 goi g through batteries in a week. Sent an email to customer service and within 2 hours they contacted me and let me know they were sending a replacement. It shipped the next day! Received it a few day later with new batteries and cassette. No charge! The product s the best piece of pool equipment I have ever bought. The customer service at Water Guru is ne of the best. Trust me, all of my friends have been told about your product and the amazing customer service support. Sincerely, Kenny Moore

First and most importantly, the product is great and works really well. The problem is you can’t stop it from checking chemistry everyday. You really don’t need to check chemistry daily but there is no option to make the cartridge last longer. So because of this you can’t extend the life of the cartridge and therefore must replace every month (or 2 for the other type). The product is great but obviously designed to milk us forever with expensive cartridges.

You Don’t have to bust out chemistry set to check water daily. PH and CL is reliable. CYA and Alkalinity readings still can be improved which I’m told they are working on.

Very useful. Would be a 5 stars product if - it came with a reset button. I have to reset it by removing the batteries at least once a week... The connection is not stable. - give the option to measure ONLY manually when needed. I understand that by forcing the daily reading you will sell more cartridges, but is it fair to your customers. - congrats on being proactive and sending a replacement unit "because you identified a problem". I am curious to know what it was but the problem in bullet 1 is still here; and I am not clear: are you going to provide some return instructions/label for the old unit.
