“I really like the product (when it's working) but I have had alot of issues with the product when it stops working for no apparent reason. Your customer service is helpful but I have had to get replacement products (under warranty) serveral times because it just stops working. The latest one lasted only about two weeks and had to be replaced. Again, when it is working, it is excellent.”
