“This is the best purchase I have made for my pool. I find it to be very accurate for chlorine, ph and temperature. Once in a blue moon it skips a daily test and I may have to reconnect it thru the wifi, but not often enough to be a big complaint. I just hope they continue to offer the cartridges at the same discount price when you buy 3. I have recommended this to all my friends. Great product and customer service via email.”

It would be great if the Sense could also monitor Phosphates in addition to Chlorine & pH. Sending in water samples for a thorough analysis is pretty easy, but of course not as quick as taking your water sample to your local pool supply dealer. I do like that the results flow directly in to the app for review.”
“Ever since I put in pool I have done my own chemicals. I bought a kit and would go out a few times a week to check the chemicals and add acid. I have a salt cell so I can adjust that from my phone and it seems like I mainly just add acid and adjust chlorine output. Over the years that few times a week turns into once a week which then turns into....Friday before a party going out and looking at it and scrambling to fix any problems. WaterGuru solved all that. Now without any effort I can see my PH and chlorine level daily. This is my first year and I have not gone out to the pool once and been surprised to look under the cover. Blue all season. With that said I have run into a few minor issues.
I have opened up the app and had no reading. Support was quick to help with the issue. Though the second time I tried and it didn't fix the issue. I think the issue was self induced so I will share for others. My hands were wet when I replaced the batteries and I have a salt water pool so when I finally opened up the battery compartment the batteries were a bit corroded. I cleaned up the contact and replaced the batteries this time making sure everything was completely dry. Aside from these two minor issues I love it. I have recommended it to many friends who also love it. If anyone in waterguru reads these I am going to make one suggestion. Allow for additional pool temperature reads. I have my Sense check the chemicals at noon but I would like to know the pool temp in the afternoon. A button you can click to get the temp or a schedule that allows me to just get the water temp.”
