“Your product works pretty good until it doesn't and then when I call customer service to get some technical support it's really lacking I think your technical support needs to be more robust I understand with Covid everything is being much more limited but if you're selling a product and you want people to purchase your products you need to have better customer service.

Stephen- thanks for your feedback. Flow numbers were only representative of the relative level of flow. Actual flow rate is dependent on the skimmer geometry. The app was updated to relay this instead of any absolute values. We are always launching new features and will put your suggestion on our roadmap. You can track the history back up to a month in the app.
