“You sent me a replacement S2 when I reviewed my first one and complained that it often failed to measure and I had to take it out of the pool, massage the batteries, take the cartridge out and put it back in, and then attempt another measurement. After replacing the original unit with this one, I've only had that happen once so far. Time will tell if it just be a random occurance here and there or become more frequent like the previous unit. So far, this has been an improvement.”

“We reached out for support because our WaterGuru Sense 1 stopped reporting water readings even though there was a brand new cassette installed. They diagnosed the hardware issue remotely within an hour and followed up with sending us a brand new Sense 2 replacement unit. “I bought the Sense S2 because I discovered that the pool service that I had coming out every week wasn't checking my chemistry at all. I didn't realize it until, on a whim, I decided to check my pool. My FC was at zero!! I discontinued my pool service and decided to invest in the Sense S2. The first one lasted about a month then it quit testing the water. I reached out to support and they immediately determined that I had a faulty unit and sent me another one. “I don’t usually review products but in this case I must! The unit itself is very convenient, it truly takes the guesswork out of pool maintenance. The customer service is exemplary! My original unit stopped working unbeknownst to me. Its October in western New York so we aren’t using the pool very often. The company detected a problem with the unit and notified me that a replacement would be shipped! There aren’t many companies who stand by their product like this.”
