It’s nice to have a daily monitor of my pH and chlorine. And the pool temp toys an hour is great. Like all technology it’s not 100% perfect every time but overall it is a good product

Before purchasing the WaterGuru SENSE - I would frequently stress about the condition of my pool. Since using this product, my pool has never looked better. Everyone compliments how clean our pool is.

The WaterGuru Sense is working great so far!! For several days, I tested the FC and PH to ensure the WaterGuru was accurate. By day 3, it was identical to the detailed testing I completed. I do wish we had the ability to plug in our CYA values, so it would accurately indicate whether or not the FC was normal (as CYA affects the target FC). Other than that, the only other improvement would be the skimmer cover. It is pretty wobbly in the skimmer housing and should be a thicker, heavier plastic. Overall, we are thoroughly enjoying the WaterGuru Sense!!!!

I'm not sure why I was asked to review my new SENSE again, but 5 weeks after installation, I'm dropping my rating from 5 stars to 4 stars. When it works, I love it and I give it 5 stars. The reason for the 4 star rating is that recently my SENSE lost internet connection (it went offline). I went to the app to go through the configuration process again, but everytime, the app told me that it could not connect to the SENSE device. Please try again when you're closer to it (I was standing on top of it). After hours of screwing around with this, I finally had the idea to remove the batteries. This forced a reset and turned the Bluetooth radio back on. After that, I was able to connect (via Bluetooth), and tell the SENSE which WiFi network to connect to. I didn't see that documented ANYWHERE, but if you ever need to change/switch WiFi, you'll need to power cycle the device to get the Bluetooth back on.

Mike: We sincerely apologize that you experienced issues reconnecting your WaterGuru SENSE device through Bluetooth. Instead of removing / replacing the batteries there is an easier way to get your SENSE device to appear if you don't see it when querying nearby Bluetooth devices. Simply toggle Bluetooth on your phone - toggle off / toggle on. This shoudl work every time. The step is included in our SENSE Wi-Fi activation Help article. It is highlighted in red as well. We hope this helps and we thank you for being a WaterGuru customer! https://waterguru.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/1260804751750-How-do-I-set-up-the-WaterGuru-SENSE-and-connect-to-my-Wi-Fi-network-in-the-WaterGuru-app-
