“I no longer need to manually test my pool's chemicals. The SENSE does it for me automatically. The app allows me to monitor the pool chemistry and sends alerts when an issue needs to be addressed.
My device stopped working after a couple months. The sensor went bad. I was sent another one for free under warranty. Customer Service was responsive and prompt.
The app has a bug that prevents the supplies page from loading. In order for me to order supplies, I had to create another account under a different email address. WaterGuru is aware of the bug and is working on a fix at the time of this writing.”
“This was my replacement for the Hayward pHin monitor, which was discontinued. Waterguru does everything that pHin did and is more accurate. Major differences: Waterguru has replaceable batteries, disposable sensing cartridges, more intelligence, and you can send in water samples. It uses Bluetooth and WiFi. pHin units used a separate bridge to WiFi, required a monthly test strip sample, and the unit had to be replaced when the sensors or batteries failed.”
