“Attempted to take care of my Pool myself and was very concerned. I wouldn’t be able to do it with WaterGuru. I’ve been able to do it successfully and I’ve had no issues.”
“I love that WaterGuru offers these tests for free. It help the customer and should help them improve if they're doing things right. I have two issues with them: (1) the integration of the results in the app is not good. It's very difficult to find the results, and the data points from the lab results are not formatted differently from Sense device results. Both of these MUST be fixed. (2) I'm not sure about the accuracy of the results. I recently did two tests before and after adding a large amount of salt to my pool and the 'after' results were actually lower than the 'before', indicating the error on the salt determination is way too high to be of much use. Until these numbers are improved, it would at least be helpful if they included +/- errors on the lab test results.”
