“Miracle bread mix and as very easy to work with. I went dairy -free, too so appreciate the options. Bread puffed to top of pan! Wonderfully moist. My oven seemed to require 5 more minutes because I wasn’t sure of inside temp. I inserted a sharp knife and it came out moist but no crumbs. Yes! Good density, moist but not as flavorful as I had hoped. Not surprised since no sugar. Will be great toasted and then topped. Also, should do well for sandwiches. Thank you!”
