Miracle Bread: It's not something you could call a good representative of traditional homemade bread. I have been using it for french toast to use it up. I'm not a big fan of the bread personally.

I like your flour because I have embraced Keto as a life style. I'm still trying to be creative with it and I will let you know after I've used it more. Thank you for being committed to making healthy nutritious foods.

I was pleasantly survived when my husband who has diabetes said he loves the bread. I want to keep a supply of the mix in my kitchen.

I love these products. Especially the Miracle Bread and Pizza mix. I liked the taste of the Brownies but they were crumbly. I haven't used the Pancake mix as yet. Problem, when I wanted to reorder, your home page didn't recognize my email or password. I wrote down the info so I could access it, but it doesn't work!

I made my first loaf of bread with this ready to use mix. It is really delicious! My only disappointment was the size of each slice. I used the size pan indicated but it did not rise/ bake higher than the pan itself and left me with tasty but small slices. I am still working on the first loaf and look forward to more tasty, and hopefully taller bread!

The bread is easy to make and the taste is good enough that I'm willing to try a second loaf. The first loaf was very 'pudding-like' in much of the middle. We did not enjoy this consistency. Because we live at high elevation, I always add time and bump the temp up a bit when I'm baking. This usually takes care of it, but it looks like I may need to cook this bread at least 10 minutes longer than the directions call for. I'll let you know if the additional cooking time makes a difference. I hope so! I had high hopes of having a good tasting Paleo bread. Dying for a sandwich!! :-)
