“Maybe my fault but the product is not what I expected. I tried two recipes; the Cheesy Biscuits and the baguette. Both turned out flat. The biscuits were flatter than pancakes, The baguettes did not rise enough and when baked got even flatter. Both doughs were way too moist. The baguettes even had liquid draining onto the parchment paper after "rising". I'll try again.”
“I initially made this bread using the yeast recipe. It (the yeast) made me quite sick. I made the bread again using the no yeast recipe. It didn't rise much, but I really do like the bread, and have a slice nearly every morning with breakfast. In fact, I'll be making another loaf today, and I will be ordering more. It is so much easier, and tastier than trying to make my own bread from scratch. I appreciate the convenience of the Wellness Bakeries products!”
“I baked it 50 minutes and it looked lovely, having filled the loaf pan to the top. However, as it sat on the cooling rack, it shrank in height by half. It is OK but quite dense and not really much like "real" bread.”

It is a replacement, but not a great one for the end result. Ends up being $10+ for a single loaf of basically a quick bread-sized loaf result that tasted no better than my recipe hunt results off Pinterest.”
