“I use Miracle Mix regularly. It’s great. I ordered and received one package of the chocolate chip cookie mix. The flavor is delicious. I used it as directed and baked it for suggested time. The edges were brown. The cookie batter was very thin and the cookie did not get crisp at all. Is this normal? It was soft like a brownie. But so thin I had to fold them over so the could be picked up easily. Ok”
Hi Dale - The cookie batter should not be "thin", but the instructions are to put the batter in the freezer for about 10 minutes. This should help to thicken and solidify the batter. It should also be put on the pan as a ball because it will spread as it bakes. The ingredients in the cookies (low starch) are not going to allow it to become "crisp" but they should be easy to pick up and enjoy. I hope this helps!
“I love the product and its versatility. I use it to make sweet potato pancakes which allows me to omit dairy products. My Goldendoodles love the results too!”
