“I am so pleased with this wine cellar (have only had it 3 weeks). The "white glove"installation went very well and I would recommend it for all Eurocave purchases! What surprised me most was the quality of the unit. It is not just an ordinary appliance. This is a very high end piece! I waited 48 hours to turn it on (as suggested), set the thermostat at 54.5 degress and it is functioning flawlessly. The temp inside rises to about 56.2 and then the compressor kicks on dropping the temp to about 53.8. So that is normal fluctuation. I got the 5 rolling shelves and they each hold 9-11 regular bottles comfortably. I use the bottom rack to store 4 magnums of old vintage port (could have used bottom shelf for 15 more regular bottles if I wanted). So the sizing is a little misrepresented (just depends on the type of bottles you are storing).Fabulous unit all in all! I may soon wish I had ordered something larger!I would highly recommend this Eurocave to anyone as a serious introduction into wine cellaring.DTCleveland, OhioJanuary 2, 2017”

“We bought the solid door model. When running, it is extremely quiet with no discernible vibration. My temperature/humidity logger that I placed in the center of the cellar shows that the humidity varies from 55-82%, with the temperature a constant 54 degF (our cellar is currently holding about 50 bottles, which helps buffer any temperature changes). I highly recommend it!”

“I just received my unit yesterday. It arrived as expected. Everything is in good working order. I have to wait one more day and then I can turn it on. I am surprised about how much wine it will hold. I replaced another unit that was made in Europe. This unit looks as good or better.”

“This unit is as quiet as advertised. The shelves slide nicely when empty, but when I placed wine on them for storage, the shelves get stuck and a part in the center bends down, touching bottles on shelf below and displacing the shelf. I followed the recommendations for adding wine to the shelves and tried many times, even removing tracks and reinstalling in case delivery had caused imbalance. No, the shelves still don't slide out when holding wine without getting stuck and derailing.”

“There are only a few simple things you need to consider prior to getting this Wine Cellar up and running. After letting it sit for 48 hours I positioned it, plugged it in and turned it on.The temp was previously set by the factory which varies from around 52Âº F to 55Âº F. It runs extremely quiet - you cannot even hear that its on.I am extremely satisfied with this Eurocave product and would recommend it to anyone wanting to store around a maximum of 70 bottles of wine at full capacity. Great Product!”

“The delivery process went well. The product is working fine. I was surprised that the instructions give temperature information in Celsius but the unit shows Fahrenheit. I used an internet converter to complete the setup.You can maximize storage by putting Bordeaux bottles in the front and Burgundy bottles in the back on the same row...”

“Had a great experience with sales, both via chat and in person. The unit arrived in perfect condition, with all the shelves in place. Waited two days before plugging in. Embarrassed to admit it, but confused the "on" switch for the "set" switch, and couldn't get the power to turn on. Once resolved, it cooled down from 80F to 55F in less than three hours, and has held the temperature perfectly. Quite, no vibration, great build quality, and really appreciate having the five rolling Main du Sommelier shelves included.”
