“The white glove delivery was good. My only complaint is the manual could explain better about the temp set up. Manual is in Celsius and out u it is I. Fahrenheit. But manual doesn’t instruct how to convert”

“Purchased this Eurocave 6 mo ago. Looks very nice and scheduling delivery was easy. Upon arrival the door was not straight and the gasket did not close air tight. Tech came and replaced gasket an after many back and forth emails. 6 months later, fridge still does not hold a straight temperature, fluctuating by as much as 5 degrees within an hour. Appears door still is not straight - and one has to lift it up in order to shut it. Many emails back and forth with WE and getting nowhere. Overall the hassle not worth the money paid. I will purchase through a different supplier next time.”

“Overall, the performance seems good to very good and we are happy with the purchase. The shelves are great and are the same as another EuroCave cellar we have. I do think the lack of a fan for air circulation in this model affects performance, which is why I rated it 4 stars. The temperature seems to fluctuate by up to 5 degrees (+/- 2.5 degrees relative to set temp) vs. another higher line EuroCave we have with a fan that is more like +/- 1 degree. We don't miss the door handle at all and the unit is barely audible - very quiet operation. Overall, it is a good value (relatively speaking) vs. the Pure line which is much more expensive (especially with the Premiere on sale but Pure was not). I like the Pure better but couldn't justify the price differential, especially considering the wines we are storing and expected duration of storage. We have 2 other EuroCave's, one of which is about 20 years old and still running, albeit a bit louder and moved to another room.”

“100% worth the money! Previous to this purchase we had a Frigidaire wine cooler. It seemed "pretty good quality" and ran fine right up until it didn't. I shopped around for a while and settled on the EuroCave. Yes, it is more money initially, but when you actually see it in person, you realize the level of quality is exceptional. We received our unit a few weeks ago and have been slowly filling it up. As mentioned above, the build quality is excellent, and the machine itself is whisper quiet. The sliding shelves are very smooth and the fact they come out quite far allows easy access to bottles in the back. The adjustability of the MdS system is really helpful, and the way the bottles are cradled is really nice.”

“Great product. A bit expensive, but worth the extra cost considering what else is available at a much lower price. The cellar maintains a temperature accuracy of +- 1-2 degrees F and is very quiet (like inaudible). The shelves and the shelf slide-out mechanism are of the highest quality.”

“Good product and good delivery. So far they run very quiet and efficeant. The only little problem was on my end. You told me the type of plug that came on the cooler, but it did not register with me. So I had to have an electrician come out and change my 2 plug receptacle to a 4 plug receptacle in order to plug in the two coolers that I purchased. Since I have them side by side and powered by a single 20 amp circuit.”
