“This is my second EuroCave, but my first with the sliding shelves. I was concerned about the capacity since my collection is mostly Pinot noir in larger bottles, but have found that 11 bottles fit on each row. (12 Bordeaux bottles would fit easily). I can fit another 15 or so bottles in the space below the bottom shelf, so can fit about 70 in total. With 11 Pinot noir bottles, there may be space for a short half-bottle (1 of my Sauternes bottles fit, 1 did not). As with my older EuroCave, this one is very quiet. I couldn’t even tell if it was turned on, and had to open it up an hour after plugging it in to see that the temperature had started cooling down.”

“This product has one temperature setting which is fine for white, but a little cold for red. That means take the red out a little early. Also space is a little cramped for a full load, but you can work the bottles in with a little overlap. The unit is very quiet.”

“I had been concerned for a long time about proper storage of my small wine collection. The EuroCave has solved that problem. Its flexible shelving arrangement accommodates bottles of any size. Its temperature regulation is spot-on. It was easy to prepare for use after delivery. I haven't found anything not to love about the EuroCave.”

“The wine celler is very quiet and keeps to the set temperature. The adjustable bottle holders are great since bottles come in all shapes and sizes. Racks operate smoothly and feel sturdy when pulled out fully loaded. Very happy with this purchase.”

“I love this wine storage unit. Once in place, I plugged it in (after waiting the instructed period) and it came preset for 55 degrees. My wine is happy.”

“Fit and finish are excellent. Actual capacity is about 50 bottles. It's a little more noisy than I'd like. Would buy again but honestly would get a bigger model.”
