“Good home size. Shelve spacing is not the best.Thus Bottles are crowded. Temp holds steady. Very quiet unit.”

“Delivered professionally w white glove service. We be owned only 1 month. Temperature varies up to 3 degrees F which is more than Inwoukd have guessed. Well constructed and shelves are sturdy and functional. So far, I line it and it fulfills what I’d hoped it would. Only time will tell”

“There was nothing white glove about the delivery. I arranged a time and when they confirmed the night before the delivery, it was the time I could not be available. Tried again the next week, re-arranged my schedule again and they still failed to come during the time window provided. The delivery men were pleasant and did a fine job. Scheduling company was incompetent and unresponsive.”

“I've only had it a few days, but so far it's great. It's very well built, the drawers slide in and out effortlessly, and the adjustability of the MDS makes it very easy to fit in the greatest number of bottles. My only hiccup was trying to figure out how to turn it on. The larger button is the set temp switch, not the power. Doh.”

“W.E charged $125 for haul away fee even though there was nothing to haul away. talked to Customer service 2 weeks ago, no replay , no credit to my account.”

“A bit more info would have led me to a better choice. Most of my wine collection are bottles sized bigger than the European standard Bordeau bottle. Hence my 76 bottle cellar only holds about 55 bottles. Also, the unit as delivered had an issue with the shelves. Once I placed several bottles on a shelf it fell off the railings. Once I got in touch with the WE help desk they said that was a typical issue and pointed me to a WE video which explained the problem and showed how to fix it. Easy to fix but this was not what I expected from a $2K+ produce. Seems to be working fine now. Compressor is very quiet.”
