“Overall, an excellent cooler. Can't beat the warranty, as I have had other coolers (not purchased here) that have barely lasted 2 years).However, you must be aware of certain aspects, and whether they work for you or not. The following are based on my initial impressions after about 6 weeks.First of all, it is pretty quiet. It sits in a basic room where one of us watches TV, and it never affects what we hear, and you cannot actually hear any noise from the unit unless you turn off everything else and you are specifically trying to hear it, which is great.Secondly, I got the one with the solid door. Living in a state with loads of sunshine, I figured that I would take advantage of the lower electricity costs, and I actually prefer the look- it looks almost like a smaller gun safe. For ME, it was not important to be able to see the bottoms of all of my bottles when going into the room, as I do not see the sense in that. But again, others prefer to see the bottles, in which case you would want the one with the glass.Lastly, the capacity. For ME, it was sufficient. I have read complaints, and it is hard to determine because the description does not specifically state a capacity (although they are never accurate anyway). But in my case, I have had 67 bottles in the cooler, and that was with only 1 bottle double-stacked on the bottom, so it could easily reach about 70 bottles. Granted, there are not too many extra wide bottles, although I put those on the bottom, and could fit 12 on all of the other shelves. Again, for ME, that was enough space for my needs, but if you will have more than about 65 bottles, perhaps look at a bigger unit.Overall, very happy with the unit and the installation, as well as the great service from Darren. Highly recommend.”

“The space to store my bottles is tight in the designated space allotted thereby reducing the total number of bottles you can actually store. The set up of the system was with a handbook that was antiquated and needed assistance to get the system em opetational”

“I received my cabinet the day before our Christmas vacation, the delivery men plugged the unit in and I told them that the unit is not to be plugged in for 48 hours, but they said that it could be plugged in regardless what I was told. Needless to say, I unplugged it. I filled 3/4 full like it says to do, I just plugged it in today upon my return from vacation. It looks great.”

“Very quiet, looks great, capacity is exactly as listed (bottle types does matter) only in use for 2 weeks very good so far.This unit should NOT be plugged in for 48 hrs after delivery to allow refrigerant to settle. My delivery people wanted to plug it in - they were not aware of what it was no less proper set-up.”

“This is a nice basic wine cooler. I find that there is more moisture in the cooler than I'd like. I'm not sure what that is caused by and have not yet had the chance to ask Wine Enthusiast. The bottle holders are well constructed. The delivery personnel were not competent and did a poor job of construction.”
