“I've had the EuroCave Premiere S Wine Cellar for about a month now. I set the temperature to 53.6 degrees F (12 degrees C), but have never seen that value displayed on the control panel. The temperature seems to vary plus or minus 1.5 degrees F from the set value. I have a humidity and temperature monitor on the middle shelf, and it shows a consistent temperature of 55 degrees F. I called Wine Enthusiast Tech Support, and I was told the wine cellar is operating normally. The claim of fitting 74 bottles is a bit of a stretch. I have 51 bottles on the 5 pull-out shelves, and they are mostly full because I have some bottles that are a little bit bigger than standard size. I have 7 bottles of sparkling wine on the bottom shelf and could probably add another 7 as shown in the picture on the website.The installation instructions in the User Manual are mostly easy to follow. (I had the wine cellar delivered to my basement by White Glove Service.) It would have been helpful to have included a list of parts with pictures. I had to call Wine Enthusiast Tech Support to ask about the extra, unused parts.To help ensure proper humidity in the wine cellar, I also ordered a EuroCave Hygrometry Unit (to supplement any humidity from internal condensation). I had a question about the unit and emailed EuroCave twice, and never received an answer. I'm very disappointed in that customer support. I had to order a small humidity monitor to put on one of the shelves so that I could check on the interior humidity level. The wine cellar itself does not monitor humidity, which is important to preventing wine with corks from oxidation. The hygrometer seems to be working. Occasionally I have to add water to the hygrometer to maintain the humidity.”

“I very much like the EuroCave Premier S Wine Cellar. The temp stays near constant and the noise level is very low. The only issue is that the drawers often stick which causes a problem as you have to somewhat jerk the drawer to open causing non favorable movement to the wine bottles.”

“While the unit costs more than some other models it's worth it.The shelves cradle the bottles individually, and handles oversize bottles that have become so common. The refrigeration unit operates efficiently in warmer locations, and cools very quickly.”

“Built well, stays to temp, and has well made shelving that is sturdy. Doesnt hold 72 bottles, big bottles rub on other shelves, cant get enough space between shelves for bigger bottles. Bottom rack will hold quite a number of bottles if you stack bottles, i dont recommend stacking bottles. If you can get the shelves full and the bottom rack full it will hold 72, but i got around 64 to 66 bottles in. Overall a nice wine cellar, but bad design for its layout on the inside, would like to see a wine cellar hold what it says it will.”
