“Love the product so far and only have one comment. About a week after delivery noticed no power to unit. Checked the usual suspects before getting on line. The power cord had come loose in transit, easy fix but be nice if it was a bit more secure. Nice and quiet and plenty of storage space.”

“While I have only had the unit a short time, my initial impression is quite favorable. I was able to average 11 bottles per shelf, and filled it completely (used three extra shelves ordered with the unit). Unit achieved operating temperature within 24 hours and seems to hold the set value within a 2.5 to 3 degree range. It is very quiet and well constructed.I like the adjustable shelf design better than my old unit with fixed spacing between nkttles”

“I've only had the Cave for a few weeks, but it is doing exactly as I hoped. White glove was well worth it for delivery, this is a heavy item. Setup was easy, shelves roll very nice and are easy to adjust even though instructions aren't the greatest in general. I loaded about 1/2 full to start and it is working great. Different size bottles reduce the total number held, but that is what it is not sure you can do much about that. We hold mostly cab and Pinot bottles. Temp holds very consistent. Really like the product so far. The app is only a C, wish that were better.”

“I had been considering a wine refrigerator for awhile, and after some research had narrowed to the EuroCave Premiere or the N'Finity. After talking with a highly professional Wine Enthusiast customer service member, I decided on the EuroCave given it's outstanding reputation. The best advice received was to go with the "L" size even though it was slightly more capacity than I needed, because I will likely need it in the future. GREAT ADVICE... I have already filled it up ! As for the EuroCave itself, the unit is very nice, easy to set-up and load, and the temperature stays within 2 degrees of the targeted 55 degrees. I'm able to fit ~11 bottles per shelf, and for the traditional Bordeaux bottles I can fit 12. My magnums fit well by lowering the bottom shelf slightly. I'm very happy with it, and recommend it.”

“I've had the EuroCave for about 3 weeks now and love it. It is extremely quiet, in fact I never know it's running unless I look at the indicator light.The white glove delivery was top notch. They did a great job at setting the unit up and were very friendly.”

“I've only recently received my Premiere L Cellar but I have been very pleased with the experience of buying and receiving the unit. The white glove process was as described the cellar was received in great shape and set up in exactly the way we had requested. The unit itself is extremely well built and does a great job of maintaining temperature to within a couple of degrees around the set point. I love the sommelier shelves and the ability to adjust them to deal with longer and fatter bottles. I really feel like I went for the top of the line unit and got exactly that - both product and purchasing/delivery experience.”

“This is my second Eurocave cooler and it is excellent... quiet, trouble free. When I had a question about setting up the controls, my call was handled promptly and courteously and the service rep walked me thru the necessary steps.”
