“This is an excellent unit and I'm saying this after I had some issues with the original delivery a few weeks ago. The product popped when I put in the plug. The refrigerator was non-functional. I called Peter at Wine Enthusiast and he immediately went into action to get a repair person out to see what's up....bad fuse or possibly a bad circuit board. The repairman called me promptly and came to my house in Los Angeles. He tried to fix the unit but said it was defective. Within a week, I had a white glove service team pick up the machine and drop off and install a brand new machine. Wine Enthusiast backs up their products with very good service. That's why I continue to purchase wine coolers and Eurocaves from them. For a small wine/beverage machine, this is a smart looking product. I'll know more after I see if it's problem-free over the next year or two.”

“I am very happy with the cooler. Ordering and delivery were perfect. The only things we needed to do to set up: 1) install the handles--and the rubber seals covered the screw holes but after some angst, we found them! 2) temperature adjustments for each side were very well explained and simple to do. We have not yet figured out how to turn on the light inside the wine side. We did remove a shelf on the beverage side so that we could accommodate beer bottles standing up! It does hum and burp quite a bit--I am not concerned, but my husband thinks it is a lot of noise for not much action (i.e., we open the doors less than once per day, but it acts like we are opening the doors a lot!) The cooler is not inexpensive, but I think it adds value to the kitchen! My husband is prepared to take it with us whenever we move!”

“I've owned the beverage center for a month and absolutely love it. The fridge is extremely quiet, keeps beverages and wine at exact preset temperatures, and is beautiful. The functionality is superb. Highly recommend!”

“Excellent concept and value.Only a week old so we have a long way to go.Added on to the kitchen with original cabinet style and it looks great. Only slight negative is the doors don't quite line up. Doors are Less than an 1/8â€� off and although the unit is quite it makes a little noice during â€œI guessâ€� a recycle period. Still a 5 star for the first weekBDR”

“We just have our unit installed a few days ago. Very solid and quality feel to the doors. Love the touch controls and how well the temperature keeps. Wish the racks had slide guides for the price (at least on the wine side). Unit is not overly noisy but more so than our standard refrigerator. Overall would buy again.”
