“Unfortunately, the cooler is not cooling. We plugged it in for the first time since delivery 11/17 yesterday, and it is not cooling. We set it at 56 degrees yesterday an hour after plugging it in. It was 68 degrees at the time. It is still 68. The canister shaped unit on the back at the bottom is very hot, but no cooling. Help!”

“It does the trick. My wine feels quite at home inside. Waited a few extra months which was painful but the delivery although there was an address error was all good in the end. This unit is noisier then the other unit (same model from 2023) that I have. Compressor seems to run more even though the temp is the same and fewer bottles.”

“We have had our new wine cooler for a week now. Delivery was very efficient, we are very happy with the quietness of the wine cooler, the spacing and shelves are very similar to our previous Eurocave which died after 40 years of service. Very pleased with this Wine Enthusiast L-150 model (similar size to the Eurocave) as far as temp, function, appearance, shelving, storage, etc. , at half the price of Eurocave.”

“Unit looks nice and the shelves work smoothly. It got up to the set temperature quickly and has held there. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is that the buzzing sound it makes when it runs is very annoying. Tech support says this is normal. I wouldn't advise putting it in a room you use. Lastly, the handle was a bear to install. The bottom part of the handle still pops out so we have to make sure to pull it from the top. P.s. - one of the people installing the handle is an engineer so it wasn't us.”

“I love the wine cooler. However, my wife doesn’t I put in a request to have it returned a week ago and have had no response Hopefully it will be resolved Thanks”
