“The wine cellar is fantastic. It keeps a steady temperature, looks fantastic, it is quiet. It does not hold 150 bottles though. And the delivery company is trash.”

“After 3 years working great, the wine cooler had an issue. It was not cooling anymore. I had to call a repair company that charge me $700+ total. They said the fan needs to be changed. However, Wine Enthusiast stopped producing this wine cooler and so they do not have the piece anymore. It was a nightmare to find a substitute piece and as of today my wine cooler is not working. My point here is to warn potential buyers that Wine Enthusiast is changing very often their series and so they are not reliable if you're looking for investing in a nice wine cooler in the mid/long-run.”

“The inner rack is very weird. Even if you put regular size bottles, it is impossible to put them together. The rack is designed to make big gaps between the bottles. The depth is too short so it is impossible to put two bottle without the inner side one over the glass side one. It has to overlap each other. Blue LED lights are too bright and this blue color makes this wine celler looks cheap. It would be a lot nicer with white or warm LED light color. If you plan to put as many bottle as possible, it can look ugly when you see your wines through the glass door which is the main point of this wine celler.”

“So far, performing as advertised. Good looking cooler and lighting works well. Temperature remains consistent throughout. Definitely a challenge getting to the reported capacity, even given caveat for different bottle sizes. White glove delivery did not include assembly of door handle - and door handle hardware did not fit properly but is serviceable.”
