“I am happy with Wine Enthusiast 70 Dual Zone Wine Cooler. Works great, looks great. I recommend this product. Great Customer Service. The only thing that could be better are the directions. Whites, Sparkling and Champagne have to be stored in top section which is not stated in directions.”

“After several months of consulting with Wine Enthusiast Team, I decided to purchase the Classic Dual Zone 70 Wine Cooler.This has been a fantastic experience so far.The cooler was delivered in an ultra protective packaging system. The cooler came in perfect condition.The set up and operating instructions were clear and easy. Set up and operating in no time.This cooler is beautiful!Both zones were established and are operating perfectly.This cooler is "dirt quiet".The blue LED lighting has a very quiet but impressive presentation.I absolutely love my purchase and thank Wine Enthusiast for their great recommendations and efforts.LennyD”

“Works as described. Keeps wine chilled. Disappointed that it is tight with unusual bottle types. For instance, the shoulders of Cabernet and Zinfadel bottles are just a little higher that Bordeaux and will not fit on the shelves as designed. Also, fat bottles like Champagne hang up on the shelves. If it were just 2 inches taller and a half inch deeper it would accommodate more bottle types. Surprised that the wine enthusiast would design something so limiting as I know your subscribers drink many types of wine.”

“Have had the unit running for 15 days now. Quiet. Happy with delivery, setup (on my own), and storage capacity. Operating power and setting temperatures took one phone call as directions are sort on details like holding left button down while turning power off or on. Also I did not understand the limit on the degree difference in the two zones, but the limit is not a problem for me. Happy so far with product.”

“The wine fridge is everything we wanted and we are happy with the purchase however, the delivery service was horrible. First, it was impossible to get an answer when the delivery might take place. Several phone calls later I was able to narrow it down to a few possible days. Once it did arrive the delivery man told me he would not bring it inside and left it on the pallet.”

“The unit arrived in good shape, nicely protected for shipping; I waited two weeks before providing this review. I find that it is functioning nicely with the temps holding I set. I pulled my first bottle last night to open and immediately measured the temp of the wine with a digital thermometer and it was spot on with the temp I set for the lower zone at 63 deg F.The instruction manual is lacking in completeness of information to the buyer, I called with questions and learned:1) If you set the upper and lower zones with different temps, the upper zone must be the colder of the two; you will not be able to set the lower zone temp colder than the upper zone, this was not mentioned at all in the instructions.2) To turn the LED lights on and off you first have to utilize the Zone Select button. Select upper zone to turn off/on the upper zone lights and the same for the lower zone lights.3) The Zone Select button must also be utilized when turning the unit off; you can turn off the lower zone separately when selecting the lower zone; when the upper zone is selected, the power button turns off the entire unit. I wish the humidity in the unit was higher, it has not been above 50% yet......this can be dealt with, and does not reduce the rating of the unit for me.”
