“I can’t tell if I didn’t set mine up correctly, or of the sliding drawers are just really crappy. They fall out when you pull them. And I can maybe fit 30 bottles in this thing. No where close to 70.”

“We are disappointed with this product and your poor handling of its shipment. We weren’t notified, as promised, that the cellar had been shipped, you made no effort to communicate once we received it, and didn’t respond to our requests for help. The cellar is attractive, and it cools well. The racks, however, don’t slide smoothly and are awkward and frustrating to use. Our wine loving friends are also disappointed with this product. We would have been better off to buy a thousand dollars worth of wine.”

“The wine refrigerator was delivered on time and in excellent condition. It’s very quiet and functional as advertised. The installation went very easily, after reading the directions. Working like a charm and we love it!”

“This wine fridge looks great and holds a lot of wine. I really like the look of it, and it's very quiet. I also love the blue lighting that can be turned off or on. I gave it 4 stars (instead of 5) because of the way it cools. The coldest setting has to be on the top portion so I have to store my whites there. I'd prefer to store them on the bottom because I want to put some on the "display" rack at the bottom. This was not clear in the directions or in the description online. I had to read other reviews to figure this out. But otherwise I'd highly recommend this product.”

“I love my new wine chiller. However, in order to fit 70 bottles in, they have to be stacked. Which means unless you buy a lot of the same wine, you have to move bottles to get to the one you want. The bottle shapes also determine how the bottles fit. I would say it's more of a 40 to 50 bottle max. Some people mentioned not being able to turn the blue light off but mine works fine. It was easy to set up, fit perfectly into the space and is sturdy. I love it!!!”

“The dual-zone fridge is great for storing whites and reds. The blue LEDs make for a beautiful display in the evenings. The fridge is very quiet - we haven't noticed it at all. I'm curious to see how it handles our summers. The one gripe I have is the sliding shelves are somewhat sticky, but after some movement, they seem to be ok. We upgraded from an 18 bottle fridge and this is a huge improvement. Being able to store bottles both directions, we can put the drinking wine facing us and the wine we'd like to store awhile facing backward.”

“for one I can not hear the refrigerator at all except when it turns on an that just sounds like a small click. It holds the temperature very well. The shelf's roll out easy and that was a selling point to me. The blue lights inside gives it that little extra touch of nice fridge.”
