“Finest cellar I have owned. Temperatures hold to the degree, shelves hold what is advertised and the compressors are so quiet you do not notice them at all. I would highly recommend this product.”

“Overall I am happy with the cellar. It is advertised as "library quiet". Not exactly sure what that level of quietness entails, but every time the compressor kicks in it is quite audible. My comparison is against my kitchen refrigerator which actually is super quiet and cannot hear working even when I am sitting next to it. The cellar has been working well and holding the dual temperatures set. Have not tested the full capacity but as the manual states it is based on standard Bordeaux-size bottles. The owners manual is somewhat sparse on details. There is a power on-off button. I would expect the unit to power down if I push it but nothing happens. On checking with customer service, I was informed this turns off the compressor. But there is no indication that anything is happening. The temp indicator lights remain lit. I am not a big fan of the blue LED lights and would have liked to have the light button on the outside so I could turn it on without opening the unit. I am appreciative of the friendly and helpful customer service. Delivery was carried out as promised with regular updates on status.”

“You can not set the upper zone at a higher temperature than the lower zone. I wanted the lower zone to be at a lower temp for white and sparkling since there is more space, and I have more of those bottles. I attempted to set the lower zone to 45 and the upper zone to 65. However, the cooler forces the lower temp to match the upper zone (65 in this case). You can set the lower zone at a higher temp than the upper zone. Bottom line, the cooler is forcing you to put white and sparkling bottles on top, and red on the the bottom. I called customer service, they felt I should be able to control them independently, they sent me another cooler, and it does the same thing. Wine Enthusiast needs to update their description of this product to make it clear the zones are not truly independent.”
