“The shelves don’t have the depth for broader bottles like some Pinot or Burgundies. The finishing is nice, but the lock is just a hex key. The illumination is a nice touch when selecting bottles. However I would say the display shelf at the bottom is less useful than I would have liked. I certainly can not fit the number of bottles they suggest it’s capacity to be into the cooler. Next time I will go for a higher quality French made one.”

“Delivery was smooth and the fridge has been great. The only limitation has been that the top shelf of the bottom zone is a bit tight for all but the slimmest bottles. Adjustable shelves would have been nice, but of course add complexity and cost. No regrets.”

“Having problems with one of the zones; temperature does not seem to be regulating well. Instead of a dual zone fridge, which is why I bought it and paid so much, it seems to be working as a singular zone only. If I had known I was going to have these issues, I would have purchased a single zone fridge at much less expense.”

“This wine cellar has delivered on its promises. The temperatures remain stable and it is silent. Before ordering I had my questions answered by a member of your sales department. He provided honest and accurate information and helped me with completing the sale process. The wine cellar arrived quickly after ordering. The company that delivered it failed to take the packing material away, but an extremely helpful Wine Enthusiast service representative was able to get a refund for the portion of the job not done. Bravo to Wine Enthusiast on an excellent product and excellent service.”

“i really love this so far - have only had it about a month now. this was super important for me to have because i live in south texas and try to be conservative with energy use, so my house is definitely not always a good temp for wines. having this allows me to have quite a few bottles of wine at home and be assured they're stored properly. it's also super quiet.”
