“The door was hung crooked so we had to adjust the "catch plate" in order for the latch to catch and keep the door closed. It is an obvious problem when you look at the top/bottom of the door facing. I hope it won't lead to a problem with the rubber gasket around the door making good contact and keeping the cold air in. Disappointed with the quality for the price.”

“Had for a few months and its first winter in the garage. Got this model as we needed to keep it in that said garage. Been solid. Set to 55 degrees and spot checking it held steady all the time. Had one small power failure, but did not affect any of the wines. Only complaint is that it is made for Bordeaux bottle shapes, and I am more pinot Noir/Burgundy, so the fit is not perfect and the total bottles is lower. Id be willing to switch out a shelf, for different wine types for a more secure fit, knowing there was less bottles possible, but they felt a little more secure. Still figuring out how to organize it, but that is half the fun.”
