“This is the loudest wine cooler we have ever heard. Wine Enthusiast tried to make it right by sending us a second unit, but it is even louder than the first. It's completely unusable within our house due to the compressor noise, so now it is inconveniently sitting in the garage. A complete waste of money, time and effort.”

“Wine cooler did not fit in the cabinet as I was told it would. Will need to repair the one it was supposed to replace. Unit makes a squeaking noise when on. The sides get extremely hot. It does not fit 4 bottles per row. 2-3 max. Unit has been on for a week now set at 54 degrees, bottles barely cooler than room temperature. Will discard when old unit is repaired as WE would not take it back. They did refund me however. Terrible wine cooler.”

“Fits nicely in our wine credenza and holds temp steady. Capacitor or compressor stopped working just after warranty ended, yet they shipped me a new one, charging me only a nominal freight charge. Great customer service.”

“Very nice looking wine cooler. Already purchased mor ethan one wine cooler from Wine Enthusiast known for their high quality. FInishing / quality didn't meet my expectations and compressor is very noisy.”
