“I've had this wine fridge for 7 months now and I'm really happy with it. Its quiet (we watch tv in our basement near it and we don't hear it at all), looks great (especially with the light on) and it actually holds 155 bottles of wine. We get lots of compliments on how it looks - especially being able to see the labels. The shelves are sturdy and the design makes it easy to see the wine labels. Being able to label each shelve is a fun way to organize the wine. The only downside was the 3rd party company they use for delivery was not very good - they were disorganized, didn't show up when they were suppose to and were difficult to reach. The delivery itself was very good - the guys took good care getting it into the house and down the stairs to the basement. Overall, very happy with the purchase.”

“I already have an under counter beverage fridge and (2) Vinoview wine cellars and it is time for a new cellar. The look and functionality of the machine is undeniably cool. I love the way the lighting and glass doors let me see the wine labels. Unfortunately, my new cellar has a pump that makes noise non stop. It is definitely loud enough to be heard and completely unlike my previous 2 units (which are about 2 years older). WE customer service is great and arranged a new y it to be sent. But that led to removing all my wine, waiting, and then dealing with all the packing materials the delivery crew left in my garage. Now I have to go through the process again. The newest bit is louder than the last and has intermittent issues with the compressor. It seems to run all the time. I feel like I am being unreasonable, but I have two identical units beside this running perfectly. Maybe it’s time to return it and find a more reliable solution.”

“The wine cooler is great so far. Our biggest issue is the delivery. Upon receiving email saying our wine cooler had arrived at the final delivery point prior to being brought to our house we expected to get it quickly. It sat there for 2 weeks before they finally brought it to us. Once here the delivery guys got it in place but told us they were told not to take the packaging. The email and invoice both say they will take the pckaging and any debris. I was not happy with the delivery company at all. But we are happy with the cooler nd with Wine Enthusiasts.”

“Delivery was on time and very thorough. They even tested the unit to make sure it worked prior to leaving. It has only been one month but so far- so good.”
