“Our wine refrigerator went out and we had been looking at the Vino View for some time. Ordering was easy and simple, delivery 2weeks, white glove set up was perfect.Wine frig. much quieter than our previous one. looks great, lighting inside showcases all rows of bottles. Being able to show and see your wines excellent! Cost was reasonable and now having in place for 2 weeks we would highly recommend!”

“Very happy with the unit's appearance and rack organization. It is well made and performs its job. Runs a little louder than I expected. Delivery service did not have good communication and time-window for delivery was problematic. Read the conditions. Delivery on-line update was not accurate, and was not terribly helpful. Local crew was fine.”

“Installed in a tight space, but unit functions very well. Gets to temp quickly and stays there. Ingenious shelving allows for a full case per shelf, with access to all of the bottles. Very unusual in my experience. Also very quiet. Loving it so far.”

“The unit is elegant but I'm most impressed by the shelving design. They display the bottles/labels so they are visible through the door, are very sturdy and thus far all of my bottle sizes fit in individual spots (even Pinot Noir and Syrah bottles). The only critique I has is the lock at the bottom is not very secure or well designed but lucky for me, we are empty nesters.”

“This is a very nice wine fridge, great design where you can see all your bottles. All my burgundy wines fit perfectly without brushing against the shelf above. The bottle count is near accurate regardless of the type of wine bottle. Temperature varies slightly within 1-2deg F as I have a separate meter, but humidity gets extremely high (I have the fridge sitting in a temperature controlled room inside my house). Noise is average/low. We 3 friends bought 3 units, which were early on when this fridge was new. For all 3 units, within 3-6 months, suddenly we would see that the temperature display shows as 65deg plus, but the wine bottles are really cold! Turns out for all, they have a faulty temperature sensor that breaks down, the fridge thinks the temp is 65 deg plus, and keeps running all the time trying to bring it to your set temperature, chilling your wines as low as the fridge possibly can. Please pay attention to this-hopefully they have replaced the sensor with a more reliable version. Other issue is for all 3 of us, most of our wine labels seem to be peeling off due to very high humidity inside (my hygrometer inside reads between 70%-95%) which is also causing mold buildup like you see in a true underground wine cellar. I am not sure if WE has a solution for this.But otherwise I love this fridge for it's design, rails and looks. And the best part is WE customer service is absolutely amazing-if you run into any issue, they are there to help fix it right away like they did for all 3 of our fridges.”

“Generally, as described. Does fit non-Bordeaux bottles but not the same quantity, i.e. sometimes two of such bottles facing each other would touch on each other. But, in general, it fits them much better than my previous wine cooler.I noticed that the temperature is noticeably different at the top and bottom. I'm afraid that is unavoidable, so just use it to accommodate different wines.”
